Turn your donation into a sponsorship opportunity. Below are guidelines for investment levels and elements included in each sponsorship by Maxipotential events:
Presenting Sponsor (£1,000 – £2,000)
- Distinguished as the sole Title Sponsor of the event (We rename the event after you! ‘Maxipotential Wizard Walk’ now becomes ‘The Friendly Local Business Wizard Walk’)
- Name and logo used as primary sponsor
- Premier placement on any signage, website listings, etc.
- Name and logo dominantly placed on walkers bag pack
- Thanks and mentions by event compere
- Sponsor provided promotional materials in each walkers bag pack
- One family entry to the event
- Optional reserved chill out space at the finish line
Featured Sponsor (£500 – £1,000)
- Brand placement against an allocated key event provision e.g. ‘Spell Station’ or ‘Wizards Naming Ceremony’
- Business name and logo on event website, promotional material, etc.
- Logo/brand on walkers bag pack
- Name and logo dominantly placed on walkers bag pack
- Thanks and mentions by event compere

Participating Sponsor (£200 – £500)
- Business name and logo on event website
- Thanks and mentions by event compere

Absolutely any away that you can offer your support really does help us in keeping cost to an absolute minimum. This ensures the kind efforts of all who support Max are maximised and the most amount of funds raised goes directly to the Maxipotential fund.
Wizard Walk has received help for printing, digital marketing, locations, staging, public address system, awnings, tables and chairs, quidditch equipment! The list goes on…. Get in touch if you have an idea of how you might help make the event even more awesome.
